Policy
We prioritize transparency. Our refund protocols are designed to protect both the infrastructure and our professional users.
1. 1-Hour Technical Grace Period
Users are entitled to request a refund within exactly 60 minutes from the moment of product allocation. This grace period is intended strictly for resolving critical technical mismatches or non-functional status of the assigned IPs. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are processed only if the proxy fails to perform its primary function (connection established) and if the issue cannot be resolved by our technical support team.
IMPORTANT: Shared Proxies are NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds under any circumstances due to their immediate shared-use nature.
3. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund, you must contact support@oxproxy.com within the 1-hour window. Your request must include:
• Your account email.
• Order ID.
• Detailed technical description or screenshot of the failure.
Requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours.
4. Method of Reimbursement
All approved refunds are credited back to your internal OxProxy Balance. We do not support direct withdrawals to external bank accounts or crypto wallets. Funds on the balance can be used for any future infrastructure purchases within the System.
5. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of 'churning' or systematic abuse of the grace period. Accounts found manipulating the refund system will be subject to permanent suspension.
