Legal Framework
Terms
of Service
This document governs your access to the OxProxy infrastructure. Please read carefully before engaging with our network.
1. General Provisions
This Terms of Service ('Agreement') is a legally binding contract between the User ('you') and the OxProxy Infrastructure Administration ('we', 'us', or 'the Administrator') regarding your access to and use of the oxproxy.com network infrastructure (the 'System'). By accessing the System, purchasing proxies, or completing registration, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the System.
2. Subject of Agreement
We provide a limited, revocable license to access our network infrastructure via assigned IP addresses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the System or any of its features at our sole discretion, without prior notice. This infrastructure is provided 'as-is,' and any disruption or termination of service does not entitle the User to refunds, credits, or other compensation except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
3. Eligibility
The System is intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or process data from minors. By using the System, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided (email, payment credentials) is accurate and complete.
4. Strictly Prohibited Behavior
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the OxProxy Infrastructure for any of the following activities:
• Violation of international ethical or moral standards and fair conduct.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents).
• Participation in criminal, fraudulent, or illegal acts, including data breaches.
• Military, paramilitary, or terrorist-related activities or preparation.
• Stalking, harassment, or promotion of discrimination.
• Launching Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, adware, trojans, or any malicious computer code.
• Transmission of child pornography or activities harmful to minors.
• Dissemination of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Automated scanning of networks, hacking, and phishing campaigns.
• Unauthorized modification of the System's interface or underlying code.
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of the account without refund and potential civil or criminal liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
OxProxy shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or actions resulting from the use of our infrastructure. We do not control the destination content accessed by the User. The User assumes all risks associated with network performance, including potential local IT failures, ISP disruptions, modem issues, or browser-related errors. We provide no warranties regarding the specific results of using our System for third-party platforms.
6. Payments and Service Delivery
Balance top-ups must be performed exclusively through the secure dashboard interface. Funds are credited automatically upon confirmation from the payment processor. We reserve the right to reject payment orders or request additional verification if transaction data appears fraudulent or incomplete.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the System at any time if we suspect a violation of this Agreement, fraudulent behavior, or any activity that threatens the integrity of our subnets. Upon termination, any active licenses are revoked immediately, and the User must cease all connections to the System.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Formal complaints must be submitted to support@oxproxy.com with relevant documentation. We aim to review and respond to all claims within 30 calender days. User communication via email and dashboard logs shall be considered the primary source of evidence in any dispute.
